We had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of the city centre, close to the shopping strip. The hotel facilities were excellent, offering large rooms with extra beds, super clean bathrooms, and slippers. We appreciated having a water boiler with tea and coffee in our room. The hotel staff went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service, and the laundry facilities were efficient and excellent value. Lastly, the hotel's location made it easy for us to access transportation and explore the city centre.

Spent Xmas in Siberia and had a great time at this hotel! Really liked the spacious and clean rooms, and all the amenities provided - especially the complimentary slippers and water boiler with tea. , the location of the hotel was really convenient for exploring the city center. One more thing that I enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff, who made me feel at home away from home.

The breakfast offered was a bit limited and could have been better, especially for a festive occasion like Xmas. the decor of the hotel was a bit outdated and could use some modernization.
